BountyHub is a platform designed exclusively for authorized security research and participation in legitimate bug bounty programs. All tools, workflows and services provided by BountyHub ("Services") are intended solely for use on systems and programs where you have explicit, written permission to test.

BY ACCESSING OR USING BOUNTYHUB OR ANY OF THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

  1. You are a security researcher or bug bounty hunter acting in good faith.
  2. You will ONLY use the Services against:
    • Programs that have publicly stated bug bounty policies and explicitly authorize the type of testing you perform, OR
    • Systems for which you have received explicit written permission from the owner.
  3. You will strictly adhere to each program’s published bug bounty policy, scope, rules, and safe harbor provisions.
  4. You will not use Services for any unauthorized access, penetration testing outside of scope, denial-of-service attacks, phishing, social engineering, physical attacks, or any activity that violates local, state, national, or international laws including but not limited to the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) in the United States and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.
  5. You are solely responsible for your actions. BountyHub and its operators assume no liability for misuse of the platform or the Services.

MISUSE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TESTING SYSTEMS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION, IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND MAY RESULT IN:

  • Immediate termination of your account
  • Permanent banning from the platform
  • Reporting to the affected organization and/or relevant law enforcement authorities

BOUNTYHUB PROVIDES ALL SERVICES "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BOUNTYHUB, ITS DEVELOPERS, CONTRIBUTORS, OR OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR MISUSE OF THE PLATFORM OR THE TOOLS.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BountyHub and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use or misuse of the platform.

Use of this platform constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using BountyHub.
